The
National Newspaper Association (NNA), along with Pulse Research
is offering
a new, more affordable AdSeller research program. Click on the options below to view more information.
Research
Participating member publications will run
house ads in their newspaper directing readers to the common
online reader survey, which has questions about: reader product/service
purchasing plans, out-of-area purchasing, specialty stores
shopped, and demographics. The complete surveys are aggregated
into an NNA National Reader Base, and weighted nationally
according to circulation in each of the 11 NNA regions.
A portion of your research fee will go towards the group incentive. A total of $1,000 in groceries will be offered, broken down as follows: $500 first place,
$250 second, $150 third and $100 fourth prize.
Sample
size is up to 2,000-national, with a quota sample
in each of the 11 NNA regions.
There are approximately 85 reader purchasing/shopping questions.
Participating
publications will receive bound copies of the weighted national
research.
AdSeller
The compiled national information will be added to an AdSeller
account. Sales representatives at each newspaper will then be able to access it to create sales presentations,
via a shared username and password.
Research
Publications wishing to get more information about their
local area stores shopped and competing media can have their
own specific reader survey, which will share common questions
with the National Focus survey. The common information will be
combined to contribute to the national survey.
Participating publications will receive bound copies of
the weighted National Focus research, and bound copies of their
Local Focus reader research (including "Stores Shopped" and "Competing
Media").
AdSeller
The local reader information will be added to an AdSeller
account. Sales representatives at each newspaper will then be able to access it to create sales presentations,
via their individual usernames and passwords.
